Women Leveraging Change Summit

We are excited to personally welcome you to the inaugural Executive Women of Color Summit: Women Leveraging Change where we will begin to change the representation of Women of Color in Executive Leadership and on Boards. As you may know, we (Women of Color) represent a mere 2.8% of all board seats and in senior leadership roles African American women specically hold less than 2% (1.4%) of such positions in broader Corporate America. While in the healthcare industry there are no de nitive numbers on the percent of Women on boards or in Senior Leadership roles and no tracking of women of color.
