Amelia collaborates closely with Physicians, Discharge Planners, Social Workers and other healthcare professionals to ensure efficient and thorough care, with the client’s and their families’ best interest in mind.
Amelia has a compassion for helping the clients they serve find a better way of living. With 17 years of experience in the Home Health Care industry she’s identified many free community resources to share with clients and their families.

TIARA MUSE, mph, BA
Tiara Muse is a Vice President at Koya Partners | Diversified Search Group’s CEO practice. She brings a broad range of executive search experience in the private, nonprofit and public sectors. Committed to civic engagement, Tiara serves on multiple boards and most recently, in October 2021, Tiara served on the Leadership Committee for How Women Lead’s GetOnBoard Week, which focuses on increasing the number of women and diverse leaders on corporate boards.
Tiara earned a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and Anthropology from Spelman College. She has a Master of Public Health in Health Policy and Administration from the University of Illinois-Chicago. She is also an active and proud member of Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority, Incorporated.

JOHN BUTLER III, BS
John Butler is the Physician Operations Manager for First Stop Health, a telemedicine company with clients in all 50 states. John oversees a physician network of 90+ physicians. This role also includes recruiting and training new physicians for the network, providing information and statistics to boost engagement, forecasting for future physician needs, and providing feedback to improve the platform with regards to physician and patient experience.
Prior to his current role, John enjoyed 8 years of ambulatory management experience with Northwestern Medicine and Amita healthcare. This experience included revenue and budget analysis, recruiting and training of physicians, mid-level providers, & staff, EMR optimization, and operations process improvement. During that time he worked several clinical specialties including primary care, orthopedic surgery, integrative medicine, acupuncture, massage therapy, chiropractic medicine, behavioral health psychology, nutrition and diabetes management, and obstetrics and gynecology.
John has been continuously active with NAHSE Chicago Chapter for 9 years and has served on the board as Parliamentarian and Secretary.

ANGELA T. JOSE, MBA, MPH
Angela Jose, MBA, MPH serves as Cancer Services Program Manager at UChicago Medicine. Angela’s professional background is rooted in healthcare operations, previously holding positions such as Director of Support Services, Director of Operations, and Director of Marketing and Business Development.
Angela earned her Bachelor’s degree in Human Nutrition at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and went on to complete a dual Masters’ program at Benedictine University obtaining both a Master in Business Administration and a Master in Public Health.
Angela has been an active and committed member of the NAHSE Chicago Midwest chapter since 2018. Upon joining NAHSE she immediately got involved and served as Co-Chair for the Membership team which eventually led to her current position as Membership Chairperson. Angela created and standardized the NAHSE Chicago orientation program; helping to increase engagement and value. She created a streamlined process for following up with program guests to convert to members as Chairperson. The administrative and operational skills that Angela has developed throughout her career combined with her experience serving on the NAHSE Membership committee make Angela an ideal candidate for Secretary of the NAHSE Chicago Midwest chapter.

Nada D. Bowie is the Director of Operations for Chicago Family Health Center, a Federally Qualified Healthcare Center located on the South and East Side of Chicago, where she is responsible for the Operations of six healthcare locations.
Prior to her current role, Nada was the Director of Physician practices and Director of Operations for Mile Square Healthcare Center, a Federally Qualified Healthcare Center, where she was responsible for improving patient access, patient experience, creating operational workflows, and building efficient teams over the span of 4 ½ years.
Nada holds a Master degree in Healthcare Administration from Robert Morris University along with several certifications. Nada is passionate about improving patient access and improving patient health outcomes.

is a Quality Outcomes and Process Improvement professional at St. Anthony Hospital where she is the project lead in developing, coordinating and submitting the Malcolm Baldrige application. She is an Examiner for the Illinois Performance Excellence Board of Examiners including participation in off-site audits to client sites.
Prior to her current role, she was Assistant Director of Research and Medical Education with Mt. Sinai Hospital and Chicago Medical School at Rosalind Franklin University and Program Management Consultant to the Georgia Doty HIV & Hepatitis Community Outreach program. She received her M.P.A. from Roosevelt University and B.S. in Finance from Northern Illinois University. She has presented at national meetings and published numerous articles on quality assurance.
